The Grand Traverse Regional Land Conservancy works hard to balance public access and use with the protection of natural features, unique habitats and scenic beauty on conservation lands. To help people engage with the land, the Conservancy offers many educational hikes and other events (along with volunteer opportunities) throughout the year.
GTRLC also welcomes educational and recreational use at our preserves, provided guests are mindful that they are visiting the homes of the plants and animals whose lives depend on the land’s protection. If you would like to plan an event at a preserve, please contact us.
