GTRLC has facilities (buildings or other infrastructure) that are occasionally made available to nonprofits and other organizations for uses that align with our mission, vision, and values.

We are unable to accommodate requests for monthly meeting space.

We are unable to accommodate private events, such as weddings, funerals or private parties.

Depending on the type of proposed use, the applicant may need to provide proof of liability insurance to GTRLC upon request. Applicants may also be required to provide a copy of any additional permits or permissions needed to carry out the proposed activity.

For uses involving the use of Conservancy Audio/Video equipment, applicants will need to secure the services of a Conservancy-approved technician.

For uses involving the service of food (other than for small meetings), applicants will need to work with a licensed and insured caterer.

For uses that involve serving alcohol, applicants will need to work with a fully licensed and insured caterer/bartender.

Depending on the size and type of event, applicants may be required to pay a cleaning fee.

Depending on the size and type of event, applicants may be required to rent tables/chairs/stages, etc.

Please note room setup and cleaning after the event will be the responsibility of the user.
